Job Summary

• Lead and manage the new project from design to completion to ensure the deliverables with due regard to quality, time, safety, cost, and sustainability requirements
• Liaise and coordinate with relevant parties and departments in project planning, management and implementation
• Manage consultants and contractors in compliance with the company specifications and legislative requirements 

Requirements

• Degree holder and above in Architecture, Building & Construction, Ciivil & Structural Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
• Relevant professional qualification is a must
• Minimum 10 years working relevant experience, preferably in new projects for residential properties.   
• Working experience in local property developers would be an advantage
• Strong leadership, project management and presentation skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is definitely an advantage
• A team player with proactive attitude, able to work under pressure and commit to projects deliverables
• Immediate available is preferred
