Responsibilities

Report to the General Manager of Investment Advisory and Management

Portfolio Quantitative Management

• Make recommendations based on investment analysis, financial valuations and equity research
• Develop and maintain financial models
• Prepare portfolio investment performance reports for management review

Asset Management

• Analyze and prepare business proposals
• Conduct market research and identify market trends
• Perform due diligence, modeling, valuation, profitability analysis, scenario analysis, statistical analysis, benchmark comparison, etc.
• Perform cash flow analysis, actual and budget comparison, and cash flow forecast
• Monitor and perform regular analysis on trading activities, business, financial status of investment projects
• Liaise and coordinate with joint venture partners

Other ad hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate in finance, accounting or related discipline;
• Qualified CFA or a recognized accounting qualification;
• Familiar with Bloomberg applications and Microsoft Office applications in spreadsheet, word processing, Power Point, etc.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience;
• Experienced in private equity and asset and liability management is an advantage;
• Strong financial analysis, research and modeling skills;
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills;
• Self-driven and resourceful;
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills;
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (proficiency in Putonghua and Cantonese is a must)
• Steer discussion within the project teams to agree on a win-win solution;
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Experience working in private family office or fund house is preferred
