We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to join our team in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct client onboarding procedures, including AML/CFT and KYC
• Provide administrative support in the corporate trustee and corporate finance areas
• Assist with ad hoc projects and research as required
• Transactional case management support

Key Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in legal studies
• 2 to 4 years of legal experience in corporate and commercial areas or 2 to 4 years analytical corporate finance experience in a financial institution
• familiarity with debt and capital market products ideal
• possess practical understanding of APLMA based documentation, due diligence process and anti-money laundering requirements
