This position requires an enterprise solution architect who has a passion for applying proven and next-generation technology solutions to solve comprehensive business challenges. Having self-motivation to learn and incorporate cutting-edge solutions, we seek a hands-on technologist with a track record of outstanding strategic and presales architecture experience in delivering enterprise solutions.

The key responsibilities are as follows:

• Work collaboratively with sales team, partners and customer’s to identify, qualify and position targeted solutions.
• Lead a cross-functional team and apply enterprise solutioning experience to work on different levels of abstraction to support management to make strategic analysis or decisions.
• Promote and adapt approved solution portfolio for local sales and delivery team to drive closure of opportunities, and be accountable for completion of customer projects
• Build, maintain and cultivates strong relationships with technology solution partners and customer relationships at all levels, to deliver solution that meets customer’s business requirements
• Deliver compelling presentations and live demonstrations across key portfolio solution offerings
• Define formal reference architecture and guiding principles for integration, scalability, security and performance of related systems, that are aligned to customer’s enterprise standards and policies.
• Drive Project Completion –
• Planning – participate in kickoff meetings, build solution implementation roadmaps, collaborate with project delivery team to ensure successful execution of project plans, as required by customers
• Design and Implementation – create and/or evaluate technical designs from cross-vendor engagements for customers, develop test plans, build proof of concepts and participate in design reviews to ensure alignment with customer’s business requirements
• Closure – drive post-project debrief sessions, archive intellectual property and transfer knowledge to sales, delivery and support teams
• Project Escalation - Provide leadership and support to resolve mission–critical customer issues technically and to customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical degree
• At least 5 years of large-scale, enterprise-class planning, design, implementation and support experience, in Air Transport, Telecommunications or Enterprise IT, of which 2 years is in design and development experience in implementing applications for high availability and performance, with end-2-end solution security best practices
• Advanced level technical understanding of Enterprise Architecture or certifications (TOGAF or other industry recognized architecture certifications)
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
