Job Responsibilities

·        Responsible for the end-user support on Windows OS and applications

·        Installation / removal / change of software and hardware peripherals

·        Hardware, PC software and network troubleshooting

·        Follow-up with service providers and hardware/software supplier on maintenance of such hardware/software

Requirements

·        Higher Diploma in Computer Science or above

·        3 years working experiences in deskside support with knowledge of AD, MS Windows, MS Office, Outlook, Antivirus, Mobile Devices, Printers and video conferencing support

·        Ability to work independently

·        Familiar with Windows applications
