Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work with CEO on all company development and projects
- Prepare documents to help assessing opportunities as per CEO requirement
- Proofread company external and internal materials
- Draft business newsletter by-monthly for external partners;
- Attend and take minutes of internal departmental meetings & office meetings;
- Follow up meetings to make sure Director’s instructions have been taken care on time;
- Liaise with internal departments to follow through projects assigned;
- Handle business correspondence, minutes, reports, proposals and confidential documents
- Project Management for shop construction until opening (planning, supervising, and monitoring quality and progress)
- Coordinate with landlord for site handover/takeover;
- Coordinate with contractors for tender;
- Coordinate with HQ for shop design and all materials & drawings for landlord submission;
- Keep CAPEX, cost controlling;
- Ensure compliance of the conceptual and production, drawings, specification, landlord requirements;
- Coordinate among nominated contractors, vendors and main contractors for smooth site progress;
- Oversee whole process of preparation within and outside the company;
- Monitor site activities, e.g. order furniture if necessary, monitor material order and logistics to meet project progress;
- Assist in store setup, e.g. take defects and follow up with HQ, arrange touch up on defects or outstanding items;
- E-commence enhancement
- Monitor e-commerce platform, coordinate between Web and Merchandising if need
- Liaise with external parties to make enhancements and solve any issue
- Screen and prioritize daily business activities and tasks;
- Schedule and organize meetings and events, e.g. venue reservation, guest confirmation, reminder, etc.; Coordinate with contractors for office maintenance work;
- Arrange business trip or support to any partners in town, e.g. tickets, hotel, visa, agenda organize, (if necessary);
- Support Director’s family issue, such as but not limit to organizing kid’s activities, helper’s documentation…
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in project management of retails, offices, etc.;
- Strong attention to details, high flexibility, able to work under pressure;
- Good communication, organizational and time management skills;
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, candidate who able to speak French will be advantage;
