Responsibilities:

• Oversee the factory daily operation
• Perform production planning, scheduling, costing, purchasing of raw materials, managing mass production, quality control, packaging and logistic etc.
• To responsible for the overall production line and work flow design, installation, specification, programming, simulation and testing are running smoothly and maintenance
• Identify, implement and monitor the strategies of management and long term production plans
• Responsible for new production line planning
• Responsible for production plant security managment and resources allocation issues
• Formulate and implement strategic automation engineering solutions to enhance cost effectiveness and profitability of the factory and production lines
• Responsible for recruitment, coaching of general factory workers
• Liaise with various departments and external parties to meet the company’s goals and targets
• Work closely with different departments to ensure food factory operation including goods receiving, production, distribution and warehouse system meet company quality standard as well as local laws and regulations
• Resolve any ad hoc and critical issues
• Reporting to the COO

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Food production / manufacturing or related discipline
• Minimum 6 years management experience in a food production factory
• Knowledge of ISO 22000 and Lean manufacturing
• Well-versed in food or manufacturing laws and ordinance in HK
• A good team player with strong leadership, communication and project management skills
• Highly self-motivated, sensitive to the market trend with high business sense
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Flexible and multitasking
• Good command in Cantonese, knowledge in English is a plus.
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Factory Manager

• Immediate available is preferable
• Working location:  Chai Wan
