Responsibilities:

• Responsible for on-line quality inspection
• Conduct quality checking of receiving raw materials
• Assist in regular in-house hygiene audit
• Assist in follow up food safety and quality complaint
• Assist in providing training programs to staff about hygiene, food safety and work safety
• Responsible for related documentation and record keeping
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Food Science or related disciplines
• 2 years relevant experience preferably in food manufacturing industry
• Basic knowledge of HACCP and ISO22000
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Self-motivated person with “can-do” attitude
• Fresh graduate will be considered

• Immediate available is preferable
• Working location:  Chai Wan
