Description
This positon will be responsible to oversee incoming inspection activities at the Hong Kong warehouse and to ensure all outbound product conforms to Boa Technology specifications.  This position will also help implement continuous improvement activities for the warehouse.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•    Conduct incoming inspection activities to include visual analysis, dimensional analysis, functional testing and Certificate of Conformance (CofC) document reviews
o    Use vision metrology system to measure parts
o    Use calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and other hand metrology tools to measure and evaluate parts
•    Write work instructions and operating procedures for incoming inspection and for warehouse at large
•    Manage part traceability and generate outgoing CofCs where necessary
•    Manage Material Review Board (MRB) or quality hold program
•    Use standard lab equipment to conduct functional tests such as pull testers
•    Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities at warehouse
o    Help establish warehouse First In First Out (FIFO) inventory management
o    Assist with ERP implementation
o    Help establish permanent address locations
•    Manage return goods authorization (RGA) to suppliers for non-conforming material (quarantine)
•    Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
•    2 years experience using metrology equipment
•    Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
•    Experience using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) – also commonly referred to as document control
•    High School Education
•    Ability to use Microsoft Office Applications (including excel)
•    Some international travel may be necessary
•    Must be able to lift 22 Kg

Reporting Criteria
•    Administrative reporting to Boa HK warehouse leadership
•    Functional direction from Boa US office and Boa HK warehouse leadership

Other Desirable Skills/Traits
•    ASQ certification
•    Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt
•    Self-starting and ability to work autonomously with little supervisor oversight
•    Experience using CAD software
