Responsibilities

• To support the Sales / Account Managers on the day to day client serving duties to the clients;
• To support the Sales / Account Managers in sales ordering and record management;
• To support the Sales / Account Managers and the department on new business activities;
• Project management coordination;
• To take up other duties assigned;

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or other related discipline;
• 1-2 years relevant experience in paper printing industry would be an advantage;
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Account Executive;
• Proficiency of PC operation in MS Office and Chinese Word processing;
• Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Need field work
