Responsibilities

• Liaise with corporate client and maintain in good relationship
• Manage of event and other marketing activities
• Prepare event evaluation report and market intelligence of competitors
• Prepare logistics plan and related documents for delivery of materials for events
• Handling of phone enrollment, data entry for participant and associated query
• Manage and upkeep online marketing campaign including websites, face book, blogs, and forums, etc.
• Attending enrollment hotline and report compilation
• Perform ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing, Event Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Marketing
• Outgoing, presentable, self-motivated, well organized and detail-minded
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Work location: Cheung Sha Wan
