Job Description:

• Assist the manager to handle daily retail operations issues, including but not limited to follow up shop renovation projects and maintenance, manage new stores pre-opening procedures and compile sales reports; to handle customers’ requests, etc.
• Provide administrative supports to departments and shops.
• Product launch arrangement.
• Inventory management and analysis.
• Promotion planning and GP Calculation .
• Develop, maintain and improve business relations in different channel.
• Handle and support sales and marketing activities.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• High Diploma holder in business management or marketing or relevant discipline (Fresh grad would also be considered)
• Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin will be an asset.
• Customer-focused, energetic, well-organized with good interpersonal skills.
• Well-versed in using MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
