Job Summary

• Plan, develop and implement the marketing strategy and initiatives to meet the company objectives
• Work closely with parent companies to develop marketing plan in supporting the  corporate branding in the marketplace
• Liaise and coordinate with corporate office and relevant parties in event and project management and implementation
• Give support in PR and publicity activities
• Develop and create the corporate and marketing collateral
• Manage budget, resources and relationship with agencies and contractors

Requirements

• Degree holder and above in Communications, Journalism, Language, Marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in real estate industry, with at least 3 years at managerial level
• Working experience in local property developers would be an advantage
• Proven track record in managing the marketing campaign with sales plan and activities
• Good connections with agencies, media and production house
• Strong sense of marketing, corporate communications and brand building
• Good project management, communication and presentation skill
• Excellent language skills in English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficient in Window application and Chinese word processing
• Creative, resourceful, self-motivated and independent
