The objective of the work is to provide workplace injury management services to injured workers within a wide range number of industries with a focus on assessing injured workers, giving advice and counselling on rehabilitation,coordinating medical and rehabilitation services, monitoring injured workers to facilitate maximum medical improvement, and designing early and durable return-to-work plans.

•  Tertiary graduate with Medical or Allied Health background (e.g. Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Nurses etc.) with at least 1 year working experience in health preferably in workplace rehabilitation and Employee Compensation Insurance

• Knowledge of Employee Compensation Insurance and related Ordinance or Occupational Health & Safety Ordinance is desirable

• Good communication, negotiation, mediation, problem-solving and presentation skills

• Mature, confident, self-motivated and caring personality

• Fluency in Cantonese is essential and good in English

 Preference will be given to those with past work experience in the similar field. Fresh graduate will also be considered. Attractive remuneration and bonus package.
