Job Description:

• Responsible for delivering Uptime products to add value to the customers
• Offer selected customers a regular vehicle management programme
• Provide market adopted contract services information to Service Portfolio team
• Support and develop overall Fleet Management System product profilio and provide customer service
• Assist in monthly invoicing and handle customer enquiry on Fleet Management System and contracts
• Coordinate and implement customer events and activities
• Expansion of responsibility as role develop

Requirements:

• High school education in Engineering, Business or Environmental Related
• Relevant business knowledge and experience in a similar role
• Commercial experience essential
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and technical awareness of motor vehicles
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and manage relationships
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Able to work on own initiative and under pressure
• A sound knowledge of the heavy truck and bus industry
• Effective negotiation and influencing skills
