Responsibilities

• Handle licensing issues for individual
• Provide training to licensed staff / AML training
• Handle enquires and investigation from various regulators
• Perform KYC/CDD assessments, AML-related issues
• Perform internal control function to ensure the business and operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Review and update company policies, procedures & manuals
• Perform ad hoc Compliance-related projects

 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in law, finance, accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of compliance experience in financial industry
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
• Able to work under pressure and handle multi tasks independent
