Job Description
The incumbent will work as Project Coordinator for 2017 Orbis's Mid-Autumn Booth Sale.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, motivate and enlist volunteer fundraisers, with the goal of achieving fundraising target
- Manage the logistics and manpower arrangement of the booths
- Coordinate with the management office at the fundraising venues
- Handle requests from donors, and deal with unexpected incidents that may occur at the venues
- Work period: August 5, 2017- September 10, 2017 (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Work hours: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A self-starter, responsible and outgoing
- A good team leader. Experience in organizing activities and event management a plus
- Caring and passionate about helping those in need
- Willing to work long hours in outdoor setting while keeping a positive attitude
