Job Description:

  • Interact with customers at various touch points (eg. departure, arrival, etc) at the airport and provide assistance
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, service partners and airport authorities
  • Monitor and provide good service at our airport lounge to our premium customers
  • Handle administrative duties as required (eg. compile pre-flight and post flight files, statistics, data reports, verification of invoices, etc)
  • Shift duties are required
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

 

What You Should Possess:

  • Fresh graduates
  • Diploma or Degree Holder
  • Keen interest in customer services and airport operations
  • Team player, possess good communication skills, interpersonal skills and customer service attributes
  • Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Hands-on skills in PC operation (Word/Excel/Power-point)
