• Lead the team to consolidate and push the business with an aim to optimize the volume, net sales revenue and profitability
• Deploy team profession and channel strategy in the newly-explored On-premise segment.
• Develop strategic options in time to take corrective action whenever appropriate
• Bridge regular contact with key personnel of major current and potential customers; cultivate positive business relationship to foster mutual benefits
• Conduct business plan, business reviews and trade activities to strengthen sales performance
• Negotiate contracts and trading terms or tenders professionally so that sales and profits opportunities are maximized

Requirements:

• Relevant university degree is preferred; additional professional qualification with the FOOD SERVICE industry is an added value
• At least eight years of related field sales or corporate channel experience in FOOD SERVICE industry
• Previous experience in leading a team is necessary
• Solid experience in FMCG industry managing key accounts retailers is an added advantage
• A team player & a visionary leader; good ownership, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Good analytical skills, communication and negotiation skills; numeric competence and with attend-to-details character
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
