Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and margin targets by implementing strategies and initiatives that will drive traffic, conversion, retention, revenue and profitability;
  • Drive digital marketing strategies and work with marketing to develop and implement effective online campaigns and digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, increase conversion, and increase sales;
  • Monitor and manage daily operations;
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure optimum support for the website, including marketing for campaigns, design for visuals, logistics and buyers for inventory and the stores for order fulfillment;
  • Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search & SEO;
  • Develop and monitor digital channel  and define audience segmentation to drive growth of traffic, leads and online purchase;
  • Weekly review and analysis of performance providing insight on how to improve sales (with action plans and budget);
  • Maintain awareness of market trends in the online retail industry

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in developing and managing an e-commerce environment preferably in retail industry, 3 of which was in a supervisory or managerial role;
  • A degree in marketing, or a digital related field is highly preferred;
  • Highly competent in digital strategy, including website management, content development; social media, Facebook Ad, CRM, online advertising, Google Adword, SEM/SEO, online customer acquisition, analytics tools such as  Google Analytics and user experience;
  • WeChat experience and Cross border knowledge is a clear plus
  • Basic knowledge of Magento is a plus
  • Experience managing customer database, segmentation modelling and driving consumer insights;
  • Business-oriented and highly collaborative with excellent strategic problem solving skills;
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice;
  • Must possess a good design ‘eye’ and be broad thinker with the ability to offer a variety of solutions;
  • A good sense of teamwork, willingness to share ideas and the ability to ‘think outside the box’ are essential;
  • International exposure and fluency in both Cantonese and English are highly preferred though written English proficiency is a must;
