The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality customer service to clients and supporting Sales functions to deliver fast, efficient, cost-efficient solutions for achieving 100% customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Handle booking, rate and services enquiries from customers
• Enhance customer satisfaction by providing excellent account service and solutions in regards to customers’ problems
• Liaise and communicate with other local and overseas departments
• Support streamlining processes and automation enhancements

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, preferably with 3-4 years working experience in shipping, transportation or export trade industry
• Possess product knowledge including booking procedures, tariffs, documentation, shipping and logistics etc
• Be a good team player; good telephone manner with strong sense in providing quality customer services
• Able to develop and maintain good customer relationship, and work independently on assigned tasks
• Good communication, listening and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; Knowledge in Mandarin is an advantage
• Good PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is preferred
