Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare monthly & daily reports, including MTD report, KPI report, YTD report, etc
• Assist to consolidate stock take adjustment
• Set up promotion code & code testing
• General shop administration duties, such as update shop contact list, application / termination of telephone, fax & mega link line
• Prepare monthly target / incentive documents
• Follow up shop expenses, including electricity, alarm system, cleaning & pest control
• Handling customers phone inquiries & complaints
• Ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements :

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 2 year relevant experience, with some in retail / FMCG industry
• Excellent in MS Word, Excel (Pivot Table & Vlookup), PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Self-motivated, independent & with good presentation skills
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
