Job Description

We invite high calibre to apply for this position. The Sales Training Manager will work for our Direct Selling Overseas Market who will lead Sales Training and develop the training system.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective sales training system/framework with good contents from scratch
  • Actively leverage on internet, SNS and new media / technologies to develop / build up new training system/mechanism based on fragmented training and Game-like training methodology
  • Lead OM marketing team to setup training framework with existing materials or new materials to train customers and distributor with different level
  • Coordinate within group functional department resources to develop new training materials/supportive materials requested by overseas markets
  • Lead and Coordinate with overseas market sales and marketing team to work out details course setup and mechanism
  • Work closely with overseas market sales and marketing team to implement the training system and provide enhancement actions if needed
  • Coordinate with supply chain and quality department to provide timely training to overseas market team on related issues
  • Work with related departments to work out attractive product story for overseas markets

 

Requirements:

  • 8 years experiences in sales training field in direct selling industry (MLM)
  • Good business sense in providing needed support to new business
  • Strong sense in leveraging new media / technologies to build up new training methodologies
  • Solid experiences in developing needed training system with materials for sales team and distributors is required.
  • Proven record in project management and cross functional communication
  • Good knowledge/experiences about leveraging internet and SNS to develop direct selling business
  • Strong coordinating capability in big organization to get necessary resources support
  • Strong communication capability with fluent Mandarin and English
  • Open minded and quick adapter of different cultures
  • Willing to travel
