Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement effective sales strategies for promoting company’s F&B products
- Lead the Sales team to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain business relationships with key accounts
- Develop and implement customer business plans and reviews, category reviews and promotion evaluations, manage and monitor sales forecasts
- Conduct tracking of competitor activities to improve market intelligence with proactive actions
- To coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties
- Introduce new product lines and develop the market to potential clients
Requirements
- Professional Diploma or above major in sales and marketing field
- A minimum of 3 years’ key account management experience and 3 years in managerial level
- Experience in food and beverage industry is a definite advantage
- Excellent communication and leadership skills negotiation, persuasion skills, planning and organization skills
- Strong sense of team work, flexibility, sensible, fast thinker, aggressiveness, responsible and proactive character and under pressure.
- Strong customer development and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in computer application
- More experience will be considered for the post of Senior Sales Manager
