Job Responsibilities:

• Must undertake the responsibility to ensure the proper functioning of machinery on the production area.
• Carry out all maintenance activities and machinery spare parts management.
• Responsible for preventive maintenance and able to handle mechanical breakdown (trouble-shooting) for all machinery in the production facilities.
• Able to coach, train about 40 workers and develop their necessary skills to operate facilities equipment efficiently. Ensure safety and legal compliance.
• From time to time evaluate and make improvement to the efficiency of machinery in order to maximize production capacity.
• Assist the Production Manager to facilitate productivity, efficiency and safety issues in the production areas.

  Job Requirements:

• Holder of Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years relevant working experience in installation, maintenance and repair of production system
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Possession of the certificate of competency examination for electric boilers (BPV3) will be an advantage
• Hardworking, initiative and able to work under pressure
