Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• To develop and maintain good relationship with customer and key business partners
• Attend to customer inquiries, feedback and operational issues
• Ensure deliver excellent bunkering services to client and meet customer satisfaction
• Work closely with operation team to ensure smooth bunker deliveries
• Demonstrate strong ability to generate revenue and ensuring the best deals for the company
• To keep abreast of the current bunkering trends
• Handle bunker dispute skillfully
• Assist finance dept. to ensure timely payments and receipts
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

• At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience in bunkering industry (Oil & Gas) (Less experience will be consider to be Junior Bunker Trader)
• Familiar with bunker sales & operation
• With good connections within the bunker and shipping industries
• Self-discipline, self-driven and able to work well under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, independent, well-organized and proactive
• High sense of responsibilities, a good team player with co-operative and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Remuneration:

• Working Hour:5-day work, 10:00am-6:00pm / 9:30-5:30pm (flexible working hours)
• Lunch Hour: 75 mins
