Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation in the retail shop
• Communicate and maintain good relationship with clients
• Assisting in organizing promotional events for the shop and brands, including but not limited to guests RSVP, invitation design, event logistics, event set up and writing of press release
• Manage inventory system including POS system, stock-in record, monthly stock-taking, price tagging and price list
• Brand management, e.g. frequent communication with represented brands, orders submission, follow-up with shipment, acquisition of marketing information from brands for in-store promotion
• 5-day work per week (10:30 to 19:30)

Job Requirements

• Experience in Advertising and Public Relations is an advantage
• Familiar with art market and trends in Hong Kong and China
• Organized and able to meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Outgoing, presentable with good communications skills
• Familiar with Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or InDesign
• Immediately available is preferred
