As an International Commercial Logistics Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:

• Provide customer services support for PO Management in professional manner

• Support the sales process and follow-up with administrative tasks
  
  
• Coordinate stock allocation and inventory control on small parts item with subcontractor
  
  
• Issue PO and monitor the process of goods receipt and delivery with freight forwarder and manufacturer in worldwide
  
  
• Communicate and provide stock checking support to internal departments

• Maintain inventory accuracy and system updating

• Inventory analysis with report writing and other ad-hoc report support
  
  
• Arrange international order processing referring to both inter-group and external customers

• Liaise with worldwide factories, Sales and Service Units, third party forwarders, international external customers and warehouse for shipment arrangement under effective service-oriented inter-cultural communication

• Prepare and monitor logistic documents flow, incl. order confirmations, invoices, L/C and other trade link declarations etc.

To excel in this role, you will need to have the following requirements:

• Diploma graduate or above in logistics or inventory management or other related same discipline.
  
  
• At least 4-5 years logisitics, supply chain or Forwarder, preferably with experience on offshore order management
  
  
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  
  
• Experience in SAP is preferable

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  
  
• Proactive, detail oriented and able to work independently
  
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• High integrity, hardworking and willing to learn

• Immediately available is preferable
