Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above qualification
• Minimum 2 year solid secretarial experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English, good communication in Mandarin
• A strong sense of team work, highly supportive with positive work attitude and nice personality with good interpersonal skills
• Presentable, energetic, detailed-oriented and well-organized
• Willing to work overtime whenever required

Job Description:

• Handle sales related activities, pre-sales and after-sales services
• Outgoing customer visit, willing to oversea’ s travelling
• Follow up customer enquiry and preparation quotations
• Prepare presentations, agenda and minutes
• Prepare sales promotion activities as seminar and exhibition
• Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments whenever require
