Job Summary

The Strategy Intern will work with the Tink Labs Strategy team to identify and drive measures critical to the rapid ongoing expansion of the company across the world.

As an intern, you will be working on challenging projects with high impact. You will experience the full spectrum of issues encountered by the organization, and will assist in the the creation of strategic initiatives, analyses, and content targeted at addressing said issues quickly and decisively.

Responsibilities

• Drive hypothesis-driven problem solving on specific strategic topics, working closely with functional leaders and senior management to develop and test well-reasoned, fact-based hypotheses

• Perform research and analysis to advise senior management on diverse topics spanning the organization

• Drive content creation efforts across all functions in the company (e.g. sales pitches, operational guides, marketing, etc.) to ensure consistently high quality and effect

• Effectively synthesize and present insightful findings and recommendations verbally in group meetings, typically via PowerPoint presentations

• Will perform other duties as required – as a valuable, versatile problem-solving asset, instant deployment to address pressing matters of any nature is a given

Education and Experience

• Currently enrolled in a BA/BS or Master’s degree program

• Ability to speak and write English fluently

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in consulting/startup related companies

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and independent thinker

• Strong interest in the technology / start-up space

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to address highly strategic and challenging business problems

• Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a challenging environment
