Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting tasks, accounts receivable, accounts payable and journal processing
- Prepare daily and monthly payments by cheque, remittance and on-line banking
- Responsible for month end closing with schedules
- Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports
- Provide administrative and sales coordinating support
- Perform other duties as assigned by and report to Japanese Manager
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with LCC intermediate or above
- Minimum 2 years accounting experience
- Able to work 3 half days per week (preferable on Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
- Experience in MYOB is preferable
- Proficiency in computer skills, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel
- Good command in spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
- Immediate available preferred
