Key Job Accountabilities

• Work closely with overseas subsidiaries for the on-time submission of monthly group consolidation accountants
• Perform group intercompany reconciliation, and automate monthly consolidation works
• Produce various analysis reports and schedules within the group deadline
• Assist in preparation of various shareholders report
• Liaise with auditors on audit, tax and other relevant matters
• Provide company secretarial support
• Review and analyze various capital expenditures requests
• Assist in costing control of overseas new project and monthly preparation of financial reports
• Participate in ad hoc finance & accounting projects as and when required 

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or relevant discipline
• Qualified accountant with minimum 3 years’ experience in supervisory level, preferably in MNC environment, Big 4 audit experience is a plus
• Candidates with Big 4 only experience will also be considered
• Ability to handle full sets of books and accounting operations and work under pressure
• Passionate, mature and independent
• Excellent in team management and supervisory skills
• Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English and Putonghua
• Occasional travel may be required
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as the role of Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager
• Immediately available preferred.
