Responsibilities:

• Report to CEO and lead a small team
• Responsible for handling good quality of financial reports, consolidations, business performance analysis, cash flow, budgeting & forecasting
• Able to handle full set of accounts
• Update cost of inventory periodically
• Prepare payroll, pension (MPF), employer’s return and benefits related issues and provide updated information to relevant Government authorities
• Review all management accounts and prepare reports for top management in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
• Familiar with Hong Kong accounting, legal and tax systems
• Monitor daily funding and cash flow position
• Handle banking related matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Finance or Accountancy with a professional accreditation such as CPA/ACCA or equivalent
• At least 10 years’ solid experience in handling full sets of accounts preferable in food and beverage industry but not essential
• Strong analytical and reporting writing skills
• Proficiency in accounting software “Peachtree”and MS office applications.
• Able to work independently, strong time management and good interpersonal skills
• Good command of written & spoken Chinese and English
• Less working experience will be considered as Accounts Clerk
• Immediately available will be an added advantage
