Responsibilities: 

• Provide clerical and administration support to the department
• Assist in recruitment process including but not limited to job advertisement revision and posting, and interview meeting arrangement, etc.
• Assist in administering HR processes related to attendance records, leave applications and medical claims
• Provide support in company activities and staff events
• Support the team in other HR duties as assigned

Requirements: 

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines with at least 1 year experience in Human Resources is preferred
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
• A good team player with good presentation and communication skills
• Detail-minded, well-organized and self-motivated and able to multi-task
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing
