What is the opportunity?

We are currently seeking an Administration Officer to provide administrative & receptionist support for the wealth management business in Hong Kong.

 

What will you need to do?

  • Handle day-to-day office administration tasks for Hong Kong offices
  • Perform receptionist duties including but not limited to greet clients, handle all incoming phone calls to the general line promptly and courteously
  • Ensure tidiness of the office especially reception & conference room areas
  • Responsible for purchase and maintenance of office equipment, stationery and accessories
  • Arrange local and overseas courier including preparation of waybill and records
  • Responsible for record storage management including but not limited to maintain inventory list, contact storage vendor to retrieve or to collect archive boxes and destruction monitoring
  • Maintain and manage office keys records, dispatch/collect for staff and visitors
  • Arrange promotion gifts to clients such as calendars, red packets and other promotion items
  • Arrange corporate events
  • Arrange regular office cleaning and pest control
  • Other ad-hoc administration related projects assigned by the company

 What you need to succeed?

  • Degree holder of Business Administration or other related disciplines;
  • 5 years relevant office administration work experience from financial industry is preferred
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Proficient in computer software such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of managing Chubb security card system is preferred

  • Strong analytical skills, detail minded and well organized
  • Pleasant character with excellent telephone manner
  • Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organization skills with multi-tasking ability
