Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in various areas of human resources, including recruitment, C&B, attendance administration and staff training matters.
- Maintain personnel databases and filing records.
- Assist in preparing employment documents and regular HR reports.
- Handle other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines.
- At least 1 year relevant working experience; knowledge in HR-related Ordinances and experience obtained from Construction Industry are preferred.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing.
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Immediate availability will be a definite advantage.
