Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of HR and administration including payroll, compensation and benefits administration, recruitment and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs. Ensure compliance to employment ordinance and other related regulations in Hong Kong
• Responsible for office administrations
• Provide administrative support to management

Requirements:

• Degree in business administration, human resources management or related discipline
• 5 years or above managerial level working experiences in human resources and administration
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good command with MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Applicant, who has better working experience, will be considered as Senior Human Resources and Administration Manager position
