Responsibilities:

• Work with different business users and information technology team to identify system needs and produce specifications for the system requirement and contribute to process reengineering according to strategic direction and business plan
• Establish detailed acceptance test procedures, coordinate and conduct joint testing with end users, provide users training and document user procedures
• Liaise with various internal teams and external parties for the most effective and efficient solutions
• Conducting a GAP analysis by establishing the current state and evaluating it against the needs of business.
• Document the project into systems and processes for management review

Requirements:  

• Degree holder in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology/System, or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analyst in retail related system
• Good knowledge in SAS business analytics
• Experience in user requirements gathering, functional document into technical specification
• Experience in ATM system would have advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
• ability to build credible working relationships across a number of business domains
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
