Responsibilities:

• Assist in project and pre-sales technical support
• Assess vendors and new products via performance and reliability testing
• Internal I.T. administrative support
• Coordinate the repairing flows and evaluate malfunction items from the clients.

Requirements: 

• Diploma holders or above in Computer Engineering / Electronics or related discipline
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of IT / Electronics / Engineering working experiences
• Good knowledge in Networking and Security is preferred
• Familiar with TCP/IP, LAN , WAN, IP and fiber network
• Solid experience in Microsoft platform and strong troubleshooting skills
• Willing to learn new technology
• Aggressive, self-motivated, proactive and customer oriented
• Good command of both spoken or written English and Chinese
