To design and create design presentations for showrooms, trade shows, and retail shop fit outs

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Project Manager, Creative Director and Merchandiser to create room sets based on product selections
• Create design proposals and presentations for trade shows, showrooms and retail stores
• Sketch preliminary design plans including electrical layouts, ceiling layouts, elevations
• Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring (if applicable)
• Take ownership for project deliverable

Requirements:

• 3 years design-oriented working experience and design-based educational background
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is a MUST
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Self-starter and team player, works well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Oversea travel required for store installations and site visits
• Flexible working hours, may need to work on weekends & Public Holidays
• Construction document preparation experience is an advantage
• Fluent in ENGLISH with good verbal and written communications skills, Chinese speaker a plus
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Assistant
