Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and management of fitting out projects to meet the company’s standards and ensure quality assurance;
• Responsible for overall store renovation and maintenance project in HK and Macau; 
• Manage the contractor to carry out store maintenance or renovation works to meet deadline;
• Responsible for cost estimation of materials and site coordination for stores;
• Coordinate with internal clients, vendors and contractors for the renovation project;
• Liaise with internal clients, vendors and contractors; 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above with 2-4 years of working experience in store maintenance and renovation projects;
• Conversant with MS applications;
• Good project management and communication skills and able to meet tight schedule;
• Previous exposure in project planning and implementation is an added value;
• Outgoing, independent and able to meet tight schedule;
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and 3DMAX is a definite advantage.
• Travel to Macau occasionally
