An OEM toys manufacturer with trading office in Hong Kong and factories in Dongguan, China and Vietnam with top branded toy companies.  Our main markets are US, Europe and Japan of international toys brands, is looking for high caliber to join our Engineering Team :   

• Diploma/Tertiary education is preferable 
• Studies in Engineering/Production/Manufacturing is a plus
• Over 10 years solid experience as Injection Molding in hard toy industry
• Stable working history a plus
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Experience in managing Injection Molding Department in China factories
• Work with Technical and Merchandising departments
• Responsible for managing and supervising the Injection molding department in China factory
• Propose and implement improvements related to injection molding to reduce product cost, increase output, increase machine up time, decrease expenses and provide a better and safer work environment.
• Analyze and solve technical and quality issues during the manufacture process.
• Establish work instructions for the molding department and improve daily operations.
• Provide internal and external technical support for tooling/process/quality issues.
• Station in Dongguan factory
