The Product Development Manager is an important function that requires strong communication skills, Follow-up, and negotiation skills.

1-    Interface with the General for the product development cycle.

2-    Interface with the factory, Technical follow-up on  (the sample /production )

3-    Interface with the Development of technical and Graphic design

4-    Internal dispatch: general follow up of his development work to Merchandiser

5-    Production of detailed bills of materials and specs

The ultimate objective is the timely and proper execution of samples, and conformity of the samples to the quality standards, and specs.

Qualifications

l Fluency in BOTH English and Mandarin 

l At least 2 years of relevant experience in such role

l Detailed and meticulous 

l Ability to multi-task

l Works efficiently in fast-paced environment 

l Willing to travel /work outside of normal work hours.

l Knowledge in luggage and accessories is not required but a plus

l Auto CAD knowledge is also a plus.
