Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To handle customer enquiries in a professional manner
- To retain the customers at their satisfaction
- To liaise with various internal teams to support customer satisfaction
- To perform any other duties as and when required
Requirements
- HKCEE / HKDSE graduate or above with 1 year relevant experience in service industry
- Good spoken English & Chinese and Mandarin with friendly and helpful tone
- Customer Oriented
- Knowledge on mobile services is an advantage
- Fresh graduates will also be welcome
