Job Duties:

• Prepare 2D and 3D floor plan drawings and renderings.
• Work closely with the Sales team to prepare presentation collateral and attend key design workshops from time to time.
• Co-ordinate with the Sales and After Sales team’s on guidelines for installation drawings to ensure that all design and technical requirements are co-ordinated with the Client and end user.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 1-2 years relevant work experience and proven interior design experience with a portfolio, however fresh design graduate shall also be considered.
• A highly imaginative individual capable of formulating and visualizing 3D solutions, from concept sketched to final drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office, SketchUp / Photoshop, AutoCAD, pCon.planner.
  
• Able to work under pressure and multi task
• Independently manage wellness interior design services for High End Hospitality, Residential and Club projects.
• Able to successfully work individually or as an effective member of a team.
• An excellent communicator and be able to identify and resolve problems.
• Good accuracy with a strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
