Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operation, verify and process account payable / receivable transactions and other financial transaction;
• Handle daily invoice and issue cheques;
• Provide clerical support to the team including data entry and document filing;
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

 Requirements:

• LCCI higher or above;
• 5 years relevant working experience;
• Mature, good numeric sense, detail-minded and able to work independently;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in MS Office such as Outlook, Excel and Word;
• Familiar with Flex System is an advantage;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
