Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist in improvement projects in Netsuite ERP and other System implementation
• Handle daily accounting functions and maintain proper accounting records
• Adhere to corporate governance and internal control compliance
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Executive
• Perform ad-hoc projects and analysis

Job Requirements: 

• Diploma in Accounting related discipline or above
• 3 years or above experiencce in Accounting field
• Hands-on experience in NetSuite or other cloud-based ERP is highly preferred
• Self motivated, detail-minded with strong sense of responsibility
• Relevant experience in providing support to Executives
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
