Responsibilities:

• Responsible for general reception duties, e.g. handle incoming calls, greet visitors in a professional and polite manner, handle mailing and courier arrangements
• Provide general office administration and clerical support
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above with at least 2 years' relevant experience preferably in multinational company
• Familiar with MS office applications
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, initiative and able to work under pressure
• Pleasant, mature and well-organized
• Immediate available is preferred
