Responsibilities:

l   Welcome clients and greet them cheerfully

l   Handling incoming phone calls

l   Control room booking system

l   Maintain a good record of the in-house attendance log sheet

l   Arrange Food & Beverage ordering & preparation and post clean-up

Requirements:

l   F.5 graduate or above

l   At least 2 years’ relevant working experience in a sizable company

l   Experience in business centre or airline lounge is a definite advantage

Knowledge/Skills:

l   Mature and pleasant personalities

l   Responsible, customer focus & attentive to details

l   Good telephone manner & communication skills

l   Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is necessary
