Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly & hourly rate payroll calculation, MPF administration and attendance records updates.
• Responsible for recruitment process, Advertisement and Interview arrangement.
• Responsible for daily HR & admin routine operation matters.
• Reviews and improves internal procedures as an on-going process, as well as participates in ad-hoc projects.
• Compiling and analyzing HR related data, you will also be actively involved in the implementation of various Human Resources initiatives, such as reviewing and aligning internal policies and practices to accomplish legal compliance.
• Take part in ad-hoc and project-based HR activities.

Requirements:

• Have a degree with minimum of 5 years solid experience in human resources functions.
• Working experience in wholesale and retail industry will be an added advantages.
• Possess good knowledge in the employment related ordinances in Hong Kong.
• High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Be attentive to details and able to work independently.
• Be a team player who is multi-tasking and detailed minded with excellent interpersonal skills.
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
